Any reservation 29 days or less, will be required to be paid in full at the time of booking. Reservations lasting 30 days longer will require a $200 deposit. For the months of January through March, a minimum reservation of three months is required. Due to intense scheduling required to maximize the usage of our sites, a specific site cannot be guaranteed. We do however, guarantee that you will have a site of the same size and type reserved.
Changes to booking reservations rules:

Payments for site rentals are due in full upon check-in. Cash, check (payable in US currency), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card are accepted. A $50 fee will apply to all returned checks.
Check-out time is at 12:00 noon on the day of your departure. Check-in is at 3:00 pm.
All RV sites are back-in only, unless specifically designated as Pull Thru. As a guest, you are responsible for keeping your site clean, orderly, and well maintained as determined by property management. No additions or modifications may be made without the express consent of the management. Please see the complete Rules and Regulations available in the RV Office for further information. Folding canopies are not permitted in the full hookup portion of the RV Resort. They are permitted in the temporary sites.
No additional fees for electric usage.
RV/Travel Trailer Restrictions
All RVs and trailers must be fully self-contained and in good cosmetic condition. All RVs and trailers are subject to a visual inspection of the external appearance. Tent trailers and cab over campers are not permitted in the full hookup portion of the RV Resort.
There is an $12 charge for all watercraft entering the property. This charge applies to all watercraft, each time they enter the premises, regardless of reservation length.
Pets are welcome if kept quiet, under control, and on a leash at all times. Pets may not be tied to trees, pedestals, or fencing. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Limit of 2 pets per site. There is a $10 pet fee per reservation. AGGRESSIVE ANIMALS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
RV Guests and Visitors
Guests and visitors must register at the RV office. Visitors staying overnight will be subject to additional charges. The fee for overnight guests is based on the number of people per site, and any additional vehicles. Inquire at the RV office for rates. The guest whom the visitor is coming to see must be present at time of the visitor’s arrival.
Laundry Facilities are located at the north end of the clubhouse, and are open 24 hours. All of our laundry equipment is operated via the app PayRange.
Pool hours are 9:00 am -10:00 pm daily.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Loud, objectionable noise will not be tolerated at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave without refund.
Fire must be in a self-contained metal fire pit, which has a screen cover, and is elevated off the ground.
RV/Vehicle/Boat washing is permitted in designated area only. See RV office for location. RV/Vehicle maintenance (oil changes, brake repair, etc.) is prohibited at all times while in the Resort.
Motorized vehicles may be operated on property by LICENSED DRIVERS ONLY. Motorized vehicles are allowed to be used as a device for transportation from one place to another, not as toys. Drivers must obey posted speed limit at all times.

Pleasant Harbor RV Resort and its employees are not responsible for loss due to fire, accidents, theft, or causes beyond their control. Maricopa Water District reserves the right to make any changes or supplement these rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary, and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
