For years we have been offering valuable and convenient dockside services to our slips holders, including boat washing, waste tank pump outs, batteries, propane exchanges and so much more! We have experienced staff that can help you with all your boating needs to keep you “Living the life” at Pleasant Harbor Marina!
Marina services is offering our fall and winter programs again this year. We know it’s hard to make it out to check on your boat with the holidays just around the corner. Let us help you keep an eye on your boat. We are offering services to help give you “ peace of mind”.
Come by and check out all our services, boat and dock accessories, and meet the crew. Below are just some of the convenient services we offer our slip holders and guests.
Pressure Washing (hull only)
Most boats can be placed on our service lifts and the bottom pressure washed to improve the boat’s performance. No chemicals will be used. 18,000 lb. capacity.
Battery charge and check
Battery charge and check will help ensure the life of your battery. We will charge and check the battery fluid levels. If you already have an on board battery charger your fluid still needs to be checked. Having a constant charge to your batteries will lower your fluid levels in the battery. We will keep the fluids topped off with water so that the cells do not dry up.
Battery Services and Installation
There’s nothing worse than being all charged up for a big day on the lake only to find your boat isn’t. Our diligent staff will service your existing batteries and install new ones when needed. Dual battery system upgrades and installations.
Start and run systems check
Starting and running your boat is one of the most important things you can do to keep it operating correctly. Running the boat to operating temps will keep all vital parts moving and lubricated. It also helps prevent build up on out drives, keep fuel from gumming up in the fuel system. We also check bilge pumps, blowers, and other onboard systems.
Dock lines visual inspection (discounted lines, if bought in ship store)
We will replace dock lines when looking frayed or damaged. Don’t let your boat become a bumper boat!
Shore power cord visual inspection
We will check shore power cords and the condition of them, look for burns, broken ends and possible shorting problems. Shore power cords are one of the main causes of boat and marina fires! Be sure to check and inspect!
Services can be done separately or together. Parts or supplies will be an additional cost. We notify you of our findings, before we add any parts or supplies, fuel stabilizer, dock lines, fenders, power cords, etc. to the requested service. Remember that if you purchase dock lines through our program you receive a part discount! Credit card is required at the time of requested service. Keys must also be available to complete these services.
